On November 3, 2021, Foshan Yishang Mansion, a residential project jointly built by Yicui Real Estate and TOPEAST is successfully capped, meaning that the project construction has entered into a new stage.
A grand capping ceremony is held at the scene. Zhong Naixiong, honorary president of the board of directors of Nenking Group, Tang Judong, vice president of Nenking, along with Guo Zewei, chairman of TOPEAST Holdings Group and Ke Jianhua, vice chairman of TOPEAST, gather together to witness this important moment.
Yishang Mansion project is located in the economic zone of Foshan New Town, taking the core location of the innovation corridor in the Greater Bay Area, with a total floor area of 86,000 square meters. The project is next to the Foshan International Sports & Cultural Center built and operated exclusively by Nenking. Together with Yicui Kensington, it forms a mega-urban complex. After completion, Yishang Mansion will become a new landmark of Foshan New Town and echo with other projects to raise the urban profile of the entire city.
At the capping ceremony, on behalf of Nenking, Mr. Zhong Naixiong expresses his greetings and gratitude to builders of the Mansion project and colleagues of the construction company. Later, a video clip is played to review the project construction achievements and touching moments of front-line builders fighting day and night since the commencement on February 26, 2019. Short afterwards, Mr. Zhong Naixiong and Mr. Guo Zewei togther present prizes for the best 10 builders of the project to thank for their hard work and dedication over the past two years.
As the last drop of concrete is placed, Yishang Mansion is officially capped, which marks the other milestone of the project as it lays a solid foundation for the constructions ahead.
